Job Opportunity:
HR & Admin ManagerWe are seeking a seasoned HR and Administration professional to lead our human resources and office administration functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Employee Lifecycle Management: Recruit, onboard, and manage employee relationships from hiring to departure.
- Compliance and Regulatory Affairs: Ensure adherence to labor laws, employment regulations, and statutory requirements.
- HR Operations: Manage attendance, payroll, benefits, and employee records, as well as coordinate training and development programs.
- Office Administration: Oversee daily office operations, including facilities management, supply chain logistics, and administrative support services.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 5-10 years of experience in HR and Administrative roles, preferably in manufacturing, railways, automotive, or industrial sectors.
- Strong knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and compliance standards.
- Excellent interpersonal, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with HRMS tools.
