**About the Role:** We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager to join our team at Zensciences. As a key member of our account management team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and expansion through effective account management. You will develop and implement strategies to grow existing client relationships, identify new business opportunities, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver solutions that meet client needs.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Develop and implement strategic plans to grow and manage large account portfolios.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through exceptional customer service and communication skills.
- Identify new business opportunities within existing client portfolios.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver solutions that meet client expectations.
**Requirements:**
- 5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or account management.
- Strong customer service, project management, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Highly organized and solution-oriented with excellent communication skills.
**Estimated Salary:** $180,000 - $250,000 per annum.
