Job Title: Customer Support Associate (Chat)

Job Role: Handling customer queries / complaints / Chat & Email
Work from Office
Experience: Candidate should have minimum 1 year and above experience in BPO

Salary: Up to 4.2 LPA (hike as per last drawn & Exp)

Job Location: Kolkata, DLF2, Rajarhat

Qualification: Under Graduate / Graduate / Post Graduate can Apply

Requirements

Candidate should have,

1. Good Communication skills.

2. Handling Chat/Email which involves working in different time zones.

3. Handling Chat/Email from Global clients and initiating the right responses to them, positively and professionally.

4. Flexible to work in shifts.

5. Excellent English - both in verbal and written communication skills.

6. Knowledge of customer service principles and practices.

7. Basic technical knowledge.
