About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Global Support Associate to join our team at 2coms. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our global clients.
Job Responsibilities
- Take calls from global clients and initiate the right responses to them, positively and professionally.
- Work in different time zones and manage multiple clients simultaneously.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and effective manner.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and improve customer satisfaction.
- Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards.
Requirements
- Minimum 6 months experience in International Voice Process.
- Excellent English - both verbal and written communication skills.
- Good technical knowledge and ability to learn new systems quickly.
- Flexibility to work in rotational shifts.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
