**Job Title:** Branch Credit Manager

This is a key role in our organization, responsible for the credit function of our branch. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and overseeing all aspects of credit lending.

The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of credit underwriting principles and practices. They will also have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and the ability to interpret complex data.

We are looking for a skilled professional who can work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines. The ability to build relationships with customers and stakeholders is essential for this role.

A strong understanding of the BFSI industry and its regulatory requirements is necessary for this position. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other financial software applications is also required.

The job holder will be responsible for ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and developing effective credit policies and procedures. They will also conduct thorough credit assessments and provide recommendations on loan approvals or denials.

The job requires the ability to monitor and report on credit portfolio performance, including delinquency rates and collection efficiency. A strong understanding of laws and regulations related to credit lending is essential.
