Branch Operations Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Branch Operations Specialist to manage the day-to-day activities of our new branch openings. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and possess a strong ability to multitask.

  • Manage new branch openings, including property sourcing, negotiation, and legal documentation.
  • Coordinate with external agencies for layout finalization and vendor management.
  • Ensure timely completion of civil, maintenance, and interior work.
  • Liaise with vendors, owners, and other departments for furnishing and project execution.
  • Monitor and control project constraints, achieving desired outcomes within time, budget, scope, and quality parameters.
  • Process bills, manage costs, and ensure safe custody of agreements.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Identify viable properties and finalize lease deeds at best market rates.
  2. Interface with management for property approvals and define office space specifications.
  3. Liaise with external agencies for layout finalization and coordination.
  4. Conduct legal due diligence on selected properties and prepare rental agreements.
  5. Ensure timely completion of projects by monitoring and controlling constraints.
  6. Process bills, manage costs, and maintain records.
