Job Title: Senior Branch Manager
About the Role:We are seeking an experienced and skilled Senior Branch Manager to lead our team in managing day-to-day branch operations, ensuring exceptional customer service and driving business growth.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in managing teams, developing strategies for revenue generation, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:- Team Management:
- Supervise and mentor sales staff on retail liabilities products
- Organize sales activities with the team
- Monitor and track portfolio hygiene and quality of the team
- Look after service issues and ensure prompt complaint/query resolution
- Supervise marketing and business development operations for various liabilities businesses
- Achieve increased sales/maximize profit
- Responsible for dealing with external and internal auditors and inspections
- Maintain operation services and compliance and quality aspects in the branch
- Account opening forms checks and ensure zero % FTNR
- Co-ordinate with internal audit team for resolving audit related queries
To succeed in this role, you should have:
Essential Qualifications:
- Degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum 3 years experience in banking/financial industry
Desirable Qualifications:
- Relevant professional certifications (e.g. CFA, CAIA)
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
Skills and Abilities:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Results-oriented with a focus on customer satisfaction
