Lead Rural Market Growth

We seek an experienced professional to drive the expansion of loan and cross-sell products in rural markets. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial product distribution, with a proven track record of managing sales teams and achieving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to expand distribution and market share of loan and cross-sell products.
  • Penetrate loan and cross-sell products into rural markets.
  • Recruit, manage, and lead a high-performing sales team, providing coaching and ongoing training.
  • Ensure team members are actively engaging in the market to drive sales and product adoption.
  • Utilize tools like QR codes to enhance visibility and accountability.
  • Define market coverage, sales goals, and geographical territories for field teams.
  • Monitor sales quality and conduct performance reviews to ensure compliance and effectiveness.
  • Develop customer acquisition and retention strategies while identifying new business opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales performance and market insights.

Requirements:

  • 7-14 years of experience in lending, with expertise in digital loans, personal loans, and merchant loans.
  • Exposure to merchant lending and distribution experience, particularly in rural markets.
  • Proven track record in driving product distribution and managing sales teams within the lending industry.
  • Digital lending platform experience is highly desirable.
