Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Drive human resource metrics to optimize retention and engagement levels.
  • Engage with key stakeholders to develop strategic partnerships.
  • Operate independently and lead the development of the HR team.
  • Manage HR operations, Employee Relations, and Business HR teams.
  • Partner with expertise centers to tackle business challenges and execute talent initiatives.
  • Analyze trends to measure success and inform proactive actions.
  • Own HR policies and ensure smooth implementation.
