Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive revenue growth and enhance client satisfaction
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with luxury fashion and beauty executives
  • Collaborate with sales teams to identify new business opportunities and upsell existing clients
  • Provide timely and accurate support to accounts, prioritizing their needs
  • Evaluate product feedback and make recommendations to improve our offerings
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in account management, preferably with large or luxury accounts
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • Proven ability to drive revenue growth and enhance client satisfaction
