As a Business Transformation Expert, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our organization's processes.

  • Collaborate with management to develop strategic initiatives and projects that drive business growth.
  • Conduct thorough reviews of current processes, identify areas for improvement, and recommend data-driven solutions based on industry best practices.
  • Assess and prioritize improvement opportunities, focusing on risk reduction, customer satisfaction, error minimization, and system capabilities.
  • Analyze data to draw key inferences and inform decision-making around impacted metrics.
  • Map customer journeys to pinpoint issues and opportunities for process re-engineering and digital enhancement.
  • Engage with stakeholders to understand their requirements, conduct root cause analyses, deploy solutions, and provide regular progress updates.
  • Identify and implement digital interventions to enhance process efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Develop comprehensive implementation plans, including stakeholder identification, timelines, and budget allocation.
  • Implement Lean Six Sigma initiatives, process mapping exercises, and other transformation efforts to improve organizational processes.
  • Oversee the execution of transformation initiatives, tracking progress and ensuring milestones are met.
  • Communicate transformation initiatives and their impact on the business to stakeholders.
  • Monitor and audit deployed processes for effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Generate business value for clients through Change Management methodologies and frameworks.
  • Identify Gen AI opportunities, capabilities, applicability, and business cases.

Understanding of scenario implementation using AI, ML tools

Qualification and Experience Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as Business Administration, Management, or Engineering.
  • Previous experience in Business Transformation and Change Management is desired.
  • Strong understanding of Generative AI, Predictive ML, and Data Analytics.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid setup.
