Job Overview:

Moolya is seeking a Process Excellence Head to lead our PMO and Process Excellence team. You will drive process andoperationsimprovementinitiativesacrosstheorganization,enhancing efficiency, customer service, and cost reduction. Partnering with cross-functional teams, you will create and implement effective process improvement solutions. Your role is key to our success and you'll be integral to our team.

Roles and Responsibilities:

● Lead process excellence initiatives for various projects and functions.

Develop and implement business transformation strategies.

● CollaboratewithteamstoidentifyandsolveprocessissuesusingSixSigma,Lean,TQM.

● ConductauditsandassessmentstoensurecompliancewithindustrystandardslikeISO 9001orIATF16949.

● Trainandcoachteammembersonprocessexcellencemethodsandbestpractices

Must Haves:

● 8+yearsofexperienceinITGlobalServiceDelivery.

● 5+yearsofexperienceinprocessstrategy,implementation,andaudits.

● ExpertiseinatleastprojectmanagementframeworkslikeAgile,Lean,SixSigma,SAFe, Prince2, ISO/IEC20000,COBIT,ITIL.

● FamiliarwithCMMIver1.3Level5andpartofCMMIcertification.

● Skilledinqualityprocessperformanceobjectives,predictivemodeling,andstatistical techniques.

● Experienceinconductingvariousauditsandreviewingprojectartifacts.

● Experience in setting up project quality status reporting.

● Experience in facilitating cross-functional teams for process improvements
