Process Excellence Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned Business Process Expert with expertise in Appian to join our team. This individual will work closely with clients on critical automation projects.

This is a client-facing role where you'll bridge the gap between business and technology, mapping processes, capturing requirements, and ensuring Appian solutions deliver tangible outcomes across various banking functions.

  • Work closely with stakeholders to capture requirements, processes, and workflows.
  • Translate business needs into functional specifications, user stories, and Appian solution requirements.
  • Act as the liaison between business teams and Appian developers.

You'll have the opportunity to participate in discovery workshops, design sessions, and UAT planning. Defining process improvements and digitalisation opportunities aligned to industry best practices will also be part of your responsibilities.

To succeed in this role, you'll need 3–6 years' experience as a Business Analyst or BPM Analyst, ideally in banking/financial services. Proficiency in writing requirements for Appian BPM solutions and strong documentation skills are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Develop and maintain accurate and detailed process documentation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritise process improvement opportunities.

Requirements:

  • 3–6 years' experience as a Business Analyst or BPM Analyst, preferably in banking/financial services.
  • Expertise in Appian BPM solutions and proficiency in writing requirements.
  • Strong documentation skills and attention to detail.
