Chief Operating Officer

Job Description:

As a Chief Operating Officer, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the organization. This includes managing teams, developing and implementing operational policies and procedures to drive efficiency.

You will also be responsible for collaborating with the leadership team to identify growth opportunities and market trends. Additionally, you will monitor financial performance and ensure cost optimisation across departments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Knowledge of industry regulations and best practices in manufacturing.
