About the Role

We are seeking an experienced People Leader to manage our HR function and drive organizational growth. The successful candidate will have a strategic mindset, exceptional interpersonal skills, and a passion for building a strong, inclusive culture.

  1. Talent Acquisition: Develop and maintain internal and external talent pipelines for critical roles, ensuring we attract top talent that aligns with our organization's goals.
  2. Recruitment & Onboarding: Design and implement effective hiring strategies, enhance candidate experiences, and ensure seamless onboarding processes.
  3. Culture Development: Drive initiatives that foster a positive work environment, promote employee engagement, and uphold our values.
  4. Leadership Support: Provide expert guidance to business leaders and teams on people-related matters, including performance management, development journeys, and conflict resolution.
  5. HR Compliance & Administration: Ensure all HR policies and procedures comply with laws and best practices, managing HR operations, systems, and audits effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including employees, leadership, and external partners.
  • Develop and implement programs to enhance employee engagement, retention, and overall well-being.
  • Provide coaching and mentoring to managers on effective people management practices.
  • Manage and analyze data to inform HR decisions and drive business outcomes.
