Employee Relations Specialist

This role involves developing Employee Relations practices and people strategy, creating deep subject matter expertise to address employment and employee relations issues.

The ideal candidate will thrive in a collaborative environment, leveraging exceptional interpersonal skills to build relationships with employees. They will provide trusted advice on complex employee matters, including business conduct, terminations, restructuring, and HR policies.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with cross-functional teams.
  • Provide expert guidance on employee relations matters, ensuring fair and effective resolution of concerns.
  • Evaluate and review employment decisions to resolve employee issues effectively and fairly.
  • Design and implement data-driven ER models to influence decisions and improve consultant experiences.
  • Pursue new business opportunities through strategic partnerships and referrals.
  • Manage a caseload of high-complexity ER matters and internal investigations.
  • Collaborate with service delivery managers to enhance retention and engagement.
