Business Finance Expert

We are seeking a highly analytical and business-oriented Business Finance expert to join our finance team, focused on the merchant acquiring vertical.

This role will play a key part in shaping pricing strategy, reducing revenue leakages, and driving data-led financial decisions across transaction-level merchant operations.

You will work at the intersection of pricing, analytics, and strategic finance — influencing revenue realization, merchant-level profitability, and supporting decision frameworks through insights and automation.

  • Design and implement pricing frameworks for merchant acquiring and digital payments.
  • Monitor MDR structures, interchange fees, and cost dynamics to maximize profitability.
  • Work closely with product and business teams to evaluate pricing for new launches or experiments.
  • Analyze transaction-level data to identify mismatches, undercharges, and revenue leakage.
  • Support implementation of controls and fixes to plug leakages across systems and merchant billing.
  • Act as a finance partner to Product, Engineering, Sales, and Ops teams on pricing and profitability.

Key Requirements:

  • 5-8 years of experience in business finance, pricing, or FP&A roles. Exposure to fintech, payments, or merchant businesses is highly desirable.
  • CA/MBA (Finance) or Graduate/Postgraduate in Engineering, Economics, or other quantitative fields.
