Job Title: Strategic Operations Lead

Overview:

  • We are seeking a seasoned strategic operations leader to oversee and manage projects with our organization.
  • The ideal candidate will have a solid background in project management, strong leadership abilities, and proficiency in German language skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead cross-functional project planning sessions to ensure clear goals and objectives.
  2. Coordinate internal resources to optimize project outcomes and maximize value for our stakeholders.
  3. Manage project progress, adapt work as required, and ensure timely completion of projects.
  4. Maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders through effective communication and collaboration.
  5. Oversee all incoming and outgoing project documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  6. Conduct project reviews, create detailed reports for senior management, and identify areas for improvement.
  7. Secure growth opportunities, initiate new projects, and optimize processes for better results.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in business, management, or related field is preferred.
  2. 8-15 years of project management experience, including 8-11 years of direct management experience.
  3. Proficiency in German language is essential.
  4. Strong understanding of formal project management methodologies is required.
  5. Experience in managing medium to large projects is necessary.
  6. Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills are vital.
  7. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines is crucial.
  8. PMP or PRINCE2 certification is an asset.

  • Familiarity with project management software tools is beneficial.
  • Strong problem-solving skills are necessary.
