Key Responsibilities
  • Operational Excellence
    • Lead subordinate Team Members in ensuring efficient operation.
    • Maintain service level agreements for the IT services Team.
    • Sustain documentation for policies and procedures related to all service and support efforts.
    • Design and implement future support offerings under the guidance of senior leadership.
    • Ensure compliance of IT related policies throughout the IT Services Team.
  • Strategic Planning
    • Contribute to strategic technology planning and direction of projects.
    • Understand business needs, educate staff on technology, and its application as a strategic asset.
    • Stay up to date with key industry developments and implement new methods or technologies to maintain efficiency.
  • Leadership Development
    • Provide direction and support to the service team, helping to develop personal goals.
    • Coach team members to help them grow and extend their professional capabilities.
    • Identify and delegate areas of responsibility to team members.
    • Select and assign staff based on work quality and ability to meet deadlines.
    • Evaluate and verify team performance through review of completed work assignments.
