Front Desk Associate Job Summary:

The Front Desk Associate is a key member of our hospitality team, responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests and ensuring their stay with us is nothing short of outstanding.

Job Description:
  • Act as the primary point of contact for guests upon check-in and check-out, providing a warm welcome and farewells.
  • Process guest registration and ensure accurate account details.
  • Develop strong relationships with guests, recognizing return visitors and exceeding expectations in every way possible.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Provide attentive and responsive service to guests, anticipating and meeting their needs.
  2. Stay up-to-date on hotel amenities, services, and local attractions, making recommendations to guests accordingly.
  3. Respond promptly to customer inquiries and requests, resolving issues efficiently and effectively.
  4. Collaborate with other departments to arrange services and activities for guests.
  5. Maintain high levels of accuracy when processing transactions and managing cash flow.
  6. Comply with credit and inventory control procedures to maximize revenue.

Requirements and Qualifications:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well under pressure.
  • Aptitude for problem-solving and conflict resolution.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of hotel operations and services.
  • Familiarity with yield management practices.
