Job Summary:
The Front Office Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the front desk, ensuring that guests receive exceptional service from check-in to check-out. They manage a team of front office staff, ensuring smooth operations, handling guest inquiries, resolving complaints, and coordinating with other departments. The Front Office Supervisor ensures that the front desk adheres to hotel standards, policies, and procedures, providing an excellent guest experience.
**Responsibilities**:
- Oversee the day-to-day activities of the front desk team, ensuring all tasks such as check-ins, check-outs, reservations, and guest inquiries are handled efficiently.
- Manage room assignments and availability, ensuring that all rooms are allocated appropriately and that guests are accommodated based on preferences and needs.
- Ensure high levels of guest satisfaction by promptly addressing guest needs, special requests, and resolving complaints in a professional manner.
- Conduct performance evaluations and offer feedback to improve service quality and team efficiency.
- Ensure staff are well-groomed and adhere to the hotel’s uniform and appearance standards.
- Ensure accurate and timely completion of daily reports, including occupancy, revenue, and guest feedback.
- Maintain up-to-date records for guest stays, billing, and payments, ensuring accuracy in all transactions.
- Ensure proper cash handling, processing of payments, and billing adjustments.
Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
