Job Description:
Talent Hub Acquisition Resource LLP is seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team on a remote work basis. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building sustainable relationships with customers, identifying their needs, and providing them with tailored solutions.

About the Role:
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and presentation skills, as well as strong phone handling and customer service experience. You will be required to manage large amounts of outgoing calls, convince customers to register with us, and meet personal/customer service team sales targets. Additionally, you will handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions, and follow up to ensure resolution.

Key Responsibilities:
* Manage large amounts of outgoing phone calls
* Convincing customers to register with us
* Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction
* Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
* Meet personal/customer service team sales targets and call handling quotas
* Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions, and follow up to ensure resolution

Requirements and Skills:
* Proven Customer Sales Experience or experience as a Customer Support Executive
* Track record of over-achieving quota
* Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
* Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
* Thorough understanding of how sales calling works
* Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
* Excellent communication and presentation skills
* Excellent fluency in English and Hindi languages for better communication with the customers
* Able to speak at least two regional languages
* Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
