We are seeking a skilled Sales Growth Executive to join our team at Samriddhi Mantra Placement Services. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth through effective telesales strategies.

About the Role:

  • You will be accountable for utilizing inbound and outbound telephone calls to achieve sales targets.
  • Your responsibilities will include cross-selling or up-selling our products where possible.
  • You will receive incoming telephone calls and assist with customer inquiries.
  • Maintaining accurate records of all calls made and received is also a crucial aspect of this role.
  • Liaising with appropriate departments to resolve customer complaints is essential.
