Business Development Executive

Job Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned Business Development Head to lead our sales and business development efforts across targeted sectors. As a key member of our team, you will drive revenue growth, build strategic partnerships, and foster a culture of excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive business plans to drive sales and revenue growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including OEM customers and suppliers.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and trends.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact projects and initiatives.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to inform business decisions.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in the steel coil processing/auto/appliance industry.
  • Proven track record of leadership in business development or plant/deputy plant/QC head roles.
  • Strong understanding of product-tech, OEM needs, and market dynamics.
  • Excellent interpersonal, strategic, and communication skills.
  • Self-driven, results-oriented, and a ruthless prioritizer.
