Our team seeks a Senior Partnership Developer to join our ranks. This individual will play a key role in fostering strategic partnerships with Indian colleges and universities, driving growth and expansion for our organization.

This is an exceptional opportunity for a seasoned professional with a strong background in higher education, institutional partnerships, and international relations. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the Indian higher education landscape and global mobility trends.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, initiate, and formalize partnerships with Indian institutions, leveraging existing relationships and networks.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to drive student progression, twinning programs, and exchange opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to align partnerships with institutional goals, ensuring academic quality and compliance.
  • Lead end-to-end execution of student exchange, dual-degree, or progression initiatives, tracking project timelines, performance indicators, and deliverables.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

  • Minimum 6-10 years of experience in higher education, preferably in institutional partnerships, international relations.
  • Strong understanding of Indian higher education landscape and international mobility trends.
  • Proven experience in setting up articulation, exchange, or progression programs.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Willingness to travel frequently across India and occasionally internationally.
