This comprehensive role focuses on developing and executing strategies to drive growth in learning services sales. We seek an experienced professional to support senior account leadership in managing key client accounts, fostering relationships with stakeholders, identifying new opportunities, and delivering commercial results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with Engagement Directors to manage and grow key client relationships.
- Engage with clients to understand their needs and develop tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create compelling presentations and sales materials.
- Lead the development of RFI and RFP responses, including slide decks and proposals.
- Contribute to tracking win/loss data and sales KPIs across the portfolio.
- Conduct research on client organization changes to identify potential opportunities.
- Align internal solutions with client needs through collaboration with service line leaders.
- Respond to routine client queries and escalate issues as necessary.
- Support business reviews, presentations, and reports.
