We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our partnerships and go-to-market (GTM) efforts.

The successful candidate will develop and execute B2B partnership strategies aligned with growth objectives, identify and close high-impact deals with potential partners, and build and nurture long-term relationships with corporates, institutions, and channel partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute B2B partnership strategies aligned with growth objectives.
  • Identify, pitch, and close high-impact deals with potential partners.
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with corporates, institutions, and channel partners.
  • Lead negotiations, deal structuring, and coordinate legal aspects of partnerships.
  • Work closely with product, operations, and marketing teams to activate collaborations.
  • Monitor performance, KPIs, and revenue contribution of partnerships.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 5–7 years of experience in B2B sales, strategic partnerships, or business development.
  • Proven track record in building and scaling partnerships from the ground up.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • High ownership mindset with focus on execution and results.
  • Strategic thinker with tactical execution ability.
