Merchant Enterprise Sales Lead

The role of this position is to spearhead the Enterprise Sales function for merchant business, driving sales of our Universal Affordability Platform solution to key accounts and marketplaces.

This leadership role involves relationship management and revenue growth of key clients, executing a clear go-to-market strategy involving direct enterprise sales and vertical solutions.

The ideal candidate will have excellent network connections in relevant corporate customers, with deep understanding of decision-makers in target business verticals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing Market Mapping Strategies & Execution Plans
  • Identifying & Closing Deals with Key Corporate Clients
  • Direct Sales and Adoption by Key Accounts
  • Building High-Performance Sales Teams & Culture
  • Driving Aggressive Revenue & Sales Targets
  • Establishing Strategic Distribution Licensing Partnerships
  • Nurturing Strong Relationships with Key Clients & Partners
  • Collaborating with Internal Stakeholders for GTM Success

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Post Graduate Degree or Equivalent in Business Administration
  • 10-15 years of Proven Experience in Relevant Field with Large Customers
  • Experience in Merchant Acquiring & Partnerships Essential
  • Experience with Affordability Solutions a Plus
  • Capability to Understand Technology & Whiteboard Solutions for Clients
  • Collaborative Attitude & Ability to Work Cohesively with Ecosystem Stakeholders
