
Lead Generation and Partnership Developer

We are seeking a skilled Business Development Specialist to join our team.
- This is a full-time remote role responsible for securing partnerships and sponsorships for events, driving revenue growth by meeting sales targets, identifying potential clients, creating compelling proposals based on client needs and preferences, managing sales, invoicing, and timely payment recovery, handling key accounts, and conducting post-event evaluations to improve future events.
Key Responsibilities:
- Event Partnership & Sponsorships: Secure partnerships and sponsorships for events.
- Revenue Growth & Sales Targets: Drive revenue growth by meeting sales targets.
- Potential Clients Identification: Identify potential clients through PR relations, cold calling, and online research.
- Proposal Creation: Create compelling proposals based on client needs and preferences.
- Sales & Invoicing: Manage sales, invoice generation, follow-ups, and timely payment recovery.
- Account Management: Handle key accounts and serve as a single point of contact between the client and production team.
- Post-Event Evaluations: Conduct post-event evaluations to improve future events.
Requirements:
- 2-8 years of experience in Event Sales/Expo Space Selling/Conference Sales/Sponsorship Sales.
- Graduate or Postgraduate degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Event Management.
- Industry experience in Events, Media, or Advertising.
