As a trusted advisor, the successful candidate will understand client workforce challenges and offer customized staffing solutions in collaboration with internal delivery teams to ensure smooth execution of client mandates.
Sales Strategy and Leadership
The Business Development Manager will define and implement a sales roadmap with clear goals, targets, and performance metrics to drive aggressive lead generation and deal closures using data-driven insights and market intelligence.
Leadership and Team Development
The Business Development Manager will build and lead a high-performing business development team focused on sales, client management, and market intelligence, driving a culture of accountability, customer-centricity, and innovation within the team.
Required Qualifications and Skills:
- 4+ years of experience in business development, sales, and client acquisition with a proven track record of scaling business revenues.
