Learning and Growth Specialist

This role is focused on developing and executing learning strategies to enhance the talent readiness of Galaxy Surfactants. The ideal candidate will have expertise in adult learning principles, instructional design, and program management.

The key responsibilities of this position include:

  • Developing and implementing learning programs to meet business objectives
  • Conducting needs analysis to identify skill gaps and areas for improvement
  • Designing and delivering training interventions to enhance leadership, functional, and behavioral skills
  • Working with external partners to deliver best-in-class learning programs
  • Managing learning initiatives across the organization, including formal and informal communication

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of adult learning principles, experience in instructional design, and excellent program management skills.

Key Performance Indicators:

  • Annual TNI exercise to determine learning needs and ensure 100% training needs are addressed
  • Annual Training Measurement Effectiveness to be monitored as per Kirkpatrick Model for all programs
  • Ensure 100% coverage for all Organizational and Compliance Level Trainings
  • Adherence to Annual Training and Monthly Plan up to 90%

Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge of effective learning and development methods
  • Experience managing e-learning platforms and practices
  • Ability to manage learning programs across the L&D team personal effectiveness, foundational technical and functional skills, and managerial skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities – in one on one as well as group settings
