Position Overview

This is a full-time remote position for a Customer Relationship Manager. The Customer Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing customer interactions, analyzing customer data, and segmenting markets.

The Customer Relationship Manager will develop strategies to enhance customer loyalty, oversee customer relationship management projects, and collaborate with sales and marketing teams to implement effective solutions.

The Customer Relationship Manager will ensure that interactions are driven by data and contribute to the company's overall customer retention and satisfaction goals.
