The role of the Customer Experience intern will be pivotal in helping us achieve this mission by tracking and managing customer experience, including proactive communication through calls, surveys, and WhatsApp.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Track and manage customer experience, including proactive communication through calls, surveys, and WhatsApp
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance customer purchase and delivery experience
  • Demonstrate a customer-first attitude, passion for solving customer problems, empathy, patience, and a passion for helping others
  • Apply effective problem-solving skills to address customer queries and understand their needs
  • Utilize data management and churn insights from complex customer data to inform business decisions

Eligibility & Qualifications:

  • Pursuing a degree from a reputable institution
  • Proficiency in Excel, analytics, and web tools for consumer engagement
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Fluency in English is essential
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic start-up environment
  • Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends, and holidays as per customer queries
