Exciting Opportunity for a Compensation Specialist

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead the implementation of our Share Ownership strategy. The role will act as a subject matter expert and be responsible for executing, communicating, and delivering on the pre-determined strategy.

  • Develop and implement deferred compensation strategies in complex organisations.
  • Engage with senior business stakeholders to obtain feedback and make adjustments to the strategy as required.
  • Lead socialization activities and stakeholder management planning.
  • Support effective change management and communication planning for stakeholder engagement and project implementation.
Requirements:
  • Experience developing/implementing deferred compensation strategies, specifically cash compensation into public company stock, in global organisations.
  • Deep knowledge of public company equity compensation.
  • Exceptional client relationship, communication, and stakeholder management skills, including direct experience with senior executives (C-suite).
  • Ability to articulate and communicate ideas and present information effectively.
  • Strong leadership and organisational skills.
  • Proactive and able to solve problems, anticipate challenges and execute tasks.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience navigating regulatory requirements, including union/works council considerations.
  • Experience working in a remote/hybrid manner in a global organisation.
  • Degree or equivalent in human resources, business or related field preferred.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of share ownership strategies and excellent communication skills.
