Position Overview:

The incumbent will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive global compensation and rewards strategy.

This role will focus on establishing a standardized global compensation framework, driving differentiated rewards programs, and managing key aspects such as job architecture, compensation benchmarking, STIPs, LTIPs, and global benefits administration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design, development, and implementation of a global compensation framework and strategy.
  • Oversee the creation and continuous improvement of differentiated rewards programs.
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive job architecture model to ensure consistent and equitable job classifications, structures, and career progression paths across the organization.
  • Conduct global compensation benchmarking to ensure the company remains competitive in attracting and retaining top talent.
  • Administer and manage global benefits programs, ensuring consistency and competitiveness across regions while aligning with employee needs and organizational goals.
  • Provide detailed analytical support and insights for compensation planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership and HR teams to evaluate and recommend compensation solutions.
  • Develop, maintain, and update compensation-related reports and dashboards.
  • Communicate total rewards programs to employees.
  • Ensure compliance with all local, national, and international compensation regulations.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 7+ Proven experience in a senior Total Rewards or Compensation and Benefits leadership role.
  • Strong expertise in establishing and managing a global compensation framework.
  • In-depth experience with compensation benchmarking, STIPs, LTIPs, and executive compensation practices.
  • Strong background in global benefits administration.
  • Exceptional analytical skills, including experience in data modeling and advanced Excel functions.
  • Expertise in creating and presenting high-level presentations for executive audiences.
  • Experience in developing compensation surveys and costing models.
  • Excellent understanding of market trends in compensation and benefits.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage and mentor a team.
  • Familiarity with global compensation regulations.
