Job Opportunity: Innovation Strategist

About the Role

We are seeking a talented innovation strategist to join our team. As an innovation strategist, you will play a key role in designing and delivering innovative programs for corporate clients.

In collaboration with our leadership team, you will:

  • Develop tailored innovation programs and proposals that align with client needs, constraints, and organizational objectives.
  • Conduct stakeholder interviews, facilitate design workshops, and identify opportunities where human-centered innovation can drive value.
  • Derive insights from user research to inform strategic directions and create qualitative analysis reports.
  • Provide methodology support to corporate teams throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Identify opportunities where service design and human-centered innovation can add client value.

Your Profile

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a designer in the innovation space.
  • Mastery of user-centered design methodologies.
  • Strong facilitation skills for workshops and training sessions.
  • Exceptional ability to synthesize qualitative insights into actionable strategies.
  • Familiarity with technological trends and challenges.
