Qualification (Mandatory):

MBA or Post Graduate in Human Resource Management

Key Deliverables / Accountabilities:

  • Assist in salary data collection and updating employee records
  • Support monthly payroll processing by ensuring accurate inputs
  • Track and maintain employee attendance and leave data.
  • Maintain updated documentation of employee benefits (insurance, allowances, etc.).
  • Assist in compensation reports and MIS preparation.
  • Maintain compliance checklists and ensure audit readiness.
  • Address basic employee queries related to compensation and benefits.
  • Support in policy documentation and updates for C&B.
  • Assist in Full & Final settlements processing for exited employees.

Computer / System Skills Required:

MS Excel (Intermediate Level)

  • VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP
  • Pivot Tables
  • IF Formulas
  • Conditional Formatting
  • Data Cleaning & Basic Analysis

MS Word & PowerPoint

  • Drafting official documents and letter
  • Preparing reports and presentations

HRMS / HRIS Software (Preferred but not mandatory)

  • Experience with platforms like SAP SuccessFactors is an advantage
