Job Title: Total Rewards Manager
Role Overview
The Total Rewards Manager is a strategic business partner responsible for designing, implementing, and managing compensation and benefits programs that drive business results and enhance employee value proposition.
This role requires a deep understanding of market trends, compensation practices, and benefit designs to ensure internal equity, external competitiveness, and compliance with statutory requirements.
In this capacity, you will work closely with senior leaders, HRBPs, and other stakeholders to develop and communicate reward strategies that align with the company's overall objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Compensation Strategy and Design: Develop and implement compensation structures that reward performance, retain talent, and attract top candidates.
- Benchmarking and Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to ensure internal equity and external competitiveness of compensation and benefits.
- Benefits Administration: Design and manage employee benefits programs that cater to diverse needs and preferences.
- Performance and Rewards: Drive annual compensation review cycles, bonus payouts, and recognition programs that reinforce performance-driven culture.
- Policy and Compliance: Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
- Analytics and Reporting: Create data-driven insights on compensation, benefits utilization, and workforce cost analysis to inform strategic decisions.
- Employee Engagement and Communication: Effectively communicate reward policies, benefits, and compensation philosophy to employees, promoting transparency and trust.
- Special Projects: Support M&A integration, organization restructuring, and mobility programs from a rewards perspective, driving consistency across global teams.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in total rewards, compensation, or human resources.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing effective compensation and benefits strategies.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills.
- Able to build strong relationships with senior leaders, HRBPs, and cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with market trends, compensation practices, and benefit designs.
