Job Opportunity: Oracle Fusion Incentive Compensation Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Oracle Fusion Incentive Compensation specialist to join our team.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Configure and implement Oracle Fusion Incentive Compensation solutions for clients, ensuring seamless integration and optimal results.
  • Analyze business requirements and design compensation plans, quotas, credit rules, and paysheet processing strategies that drive growth and efficiency.
  • Provide expert issue resolution, enhancement support, and end-user training to ensure successful adoption and utilization of Fusion IC solutions.
  • Maintain and improve existing Fusion IC configurations to meet evolving business needs and maximize ROI.

Requirements:

  • At least one year of hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion Incentive Compensation, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality results.
  • Expertise in building complex compensation plans, quotas, credit rules, and paysheet processing solutions that align with business objectives.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex business requirements and configure effective solutions.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
