Our goal is to deliver world-class Human Capital Management (HCM) solutions. We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as an Oracle Fusion HCM Functional Consultant.

The successful implementation of our clients' HCM solutions is our primary objective. We provide product and implementation expertise to achieve this.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Implement Oracle Fusion HCM modules end-to-end, covering Payroll, Core HR, Absence Management, Talent Management, Time & Labor, Benefits, etc.
  • Deliver Oracle Fusion HCM solutions, leveraging extensive experience in business process analysis, requirement gathering, and solution design.
  • Develop functional specifications for reports, integrations, and data conversions.
  • Perform system testing: unit, integration, UAT, and regression testing.
  • Provide expert guidance on best practices and optimization within Oracle Fusion HCM.
  • Actively contribute to Oracle Fusion Cloud projects.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements.
  • Translate business needs into detailed technical specifications and solutions.
  • Drive process improvements and recommend innovative solutions to enhance supply chain efficiency.
  • Familiarity with HCM Schemas, plsql is desirable.
  • Work with technical streams and provide mentorship on integrations, conversions, and reports.
  • Assist in identifying, assessing, and resolving complex functional issues/problems.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment as part of a team.
  • In-depth knowledge of HRMS Cycles.
  • Familiarity with Finance is beneficial.

Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of proven experience in Oracle Fusion HCM, focusing on the functional aspect.
  • Hands-on experience with at least 2-3 end-to-end Oracle Fusion HCM implementations.
  • Experience with Oracle Fusion HCM implementations in modules such as Fusion Payroll, Fusion Core HR, Fusion Absences, Fusion Talent Modules, OTL.
  • Familiarity with the implementation process and ability to provide technical and functional support to end-users.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Oracle certifications are highly valued.
