Job Title: Oracle HCM Functional Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to drive the end-to-end deployment/updating/customization and integration of Oracle HCM modules globally, working closely with business stakeholders and technology support teams to ensure successful configuration, customization, testing, and deployment.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage the Oracle HCM implementation/updating/modification process for all modules
  • Work with vendors, consultants, and external partners to ensure implementation success and resolve technical or business-related issues
  • Oversee configuration and customization of Oracle HCM modules according to business needs and best practices
  • Develop and deliver training materials and user guides, plan pilots, testing, provide end-user training and support for HR professionals and other business users
  • Support organizational change management activities on tech adoption of HR and internal communication products
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of tech products post-implementation, identify opportunities for process improvements and work with stakeholders to implement enhancements

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field. Advanced degree or certifications (e.g., PMP, Oracle HCM certifications) are a plus
  • 12+ years of experience in implementing HR Systems / Support Oracle HCM or other HRMS platforms, with proven track record of managing end-to-end Oracle HCM implementations
  • Strong knowledge of HR processes and best practices, with deep understanding of HR technology solutions and shared services function
  • Experience in setting up HR analytics and insights function
  • Technical Skills: Experience with Oracle HCM implementation and Project Management, knowledge of Oracle HCM integration with other HR and enterprise systems, high proficiency in excel, macro and other report automation tools, strong knowledge of automation tools across HR lifecycle, familiarity with Gen AI tools, familiarity with data migration, testing, and validation within the SuccessFactors environment
