Senior HCM Cloud Implementation Lead

A seasoned professional with expertise in Oracle Cloud HCM is sought to lead end-to-end implementations, ensuring successful go-lives and client satisfaction.

  • This role requires a strong understanding of HCM cloud business processes and data flow.
  • Expertise in at least 5 end-to-end HCM implementations, with 2+ having been with HCM Cloud, is essential.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership, communication, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead HCM implementations from start to finish.
  • Provide guidance on HCM cloud business processes and data flow.
  • Collaborate with clients to gather requirements and design configurations.
  • Mentor junior team members and provide training opportunities.
  • Develop process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements:
  • 8-10 years of experience in HCM, covering the hire to retire cycle.
  • Strong working knowledge of OTL, US Payroll, Talent Management, Benefits, ORC, Security, Helpdesk, and Core HR modules.
