Senior Cloud HR Functional Expert

This is a challenging role that requires extensive experience in functional areas of work, with a strong background in Oracle Cloud HCM.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Proficiency in Absence and OTL modules of Oracle HCM Cloud.
  2. Strong understanding and practical experience in Fast Formulas.
  3. Working experience in multiple modules apart from Absence and OTL is also required.
  4. Excellent proficiency in understanding client requirements and mapping them with delivered features of the product.
  5. Identifying gaps and proposing potential workarounds to the client.
  6. Estimation of work for Vanilla implementation and for Personalizations/work-arounds and Reports/integrations/enhancements needed.
  7. Client presentations and demos for some modules.
  8. Proficiency in understanding client's support needs and delivery models that would suit the client.
  9. Proposal creation and responses to RFP with overall solution.
  10. Understanding the nuances of new releases and features to update clients on newer solutions and estimations.
  11. Ownership of delivery and customer relationship for the project being managed.
  12. Mentoring and guidance to the project team. Quality tracking and team feedback.
  13. Status reporting to internal stakeholders and client.
  14. Coordinate with Oracle SMEs as needed to arrive at industry-leading solutions for the clients.
  15. Provide out-of-the-box solutions when the situation demands.
Requirements:
  • Ability to conduct training and knowledge-sharing sessions in Fusion applications.
  • Exhibit effective analytical skills & organizational skills.
  • Good command over spoken & written English.
  • Effectively manages scope and customer expectations on individual assignments.
  • Follow through on all assignments and takes ownership of customer issue.
