Oracle HCM Expert

We are seeking a seasoned Oracle HCM professional to lead our payroll implementations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive end-to-end Oracle Fusion Payroll implementations from requirements gathering to go-live.
  • Develop, test and maintain Fast Formulas to meet client-specific needs.
  • Configure the payroll module and tailor solutions to align with client requirements.
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders to ensure seamless Payroll operations and compliance.
  • Provide ongoing support and optimize solutions for enhanced efficiency.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in Oracle Fusion HCM with expertise in Payroll.
  • Completed at least 2 end-to-end Oracle Fusion Payroll implementations.
  • Hands-on experience with Fast Formulas.
  • Strong analytical skills to resolve complex challenges efficiently.
  • Excellent interpersonal and client-facing skills to deliver exceptional solutions.
  • Willingness to travel onsite for long-term projects as needed.

Your Qualifications:

  • Relevant degree in Computer Science, Business Administration or related field.
  • Professional certifications in Oracle HCM (e.g. OCP).
  • Strong technical skills in Oracle Fusion HCM, including Payroll and Human Capital Management.
