Compensation and Benefits Experts are key players in aligning organizations with their overall HR philosophy.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing compensation structures, determining salary structures, and managing annual salary revision exercises through surveys and analysis.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Designing compensation structures that attract and retain staff, while maintaining a balance between compliance, cost control, and market competitiveness.
  • Communicating compensation programs to employees and management, monitoring the compensation program, and making changes as necessary.
  • Driving best-in-class benefits practices individually under the supervision of the Total Rewards Leader.

The role will also involve:

  • Monitoring the organization's compensation structure and maintaining a balance between compliance, cost control, and attracting and retaining staff.
  • Developing and executing a technology roadmap for Market Intelligence & Annual Planning and the Total Rewards CoE.
  • Performing quantitative and qualitative data analysis of key market intelligence indicators and interlocking with stakeholders to support actionable market intelligence.
  • Maintaining an enterprise-level focus on compensation management activities while understanding unique characteristics of state entities with diverse missions.
  • Consulting with and educating Sr. Leaders and managers on the Fiserv Compensation philosophy, policies, and structures.
  • Researching and analyzing market data to develop compensation structures and conducting ad hoc analysis for business leaders on key skills or talent.
  • Supporting the work of HR professionals within the CoE and developing a truly global Fiserv HR organization delivering clients and communities.
  • Undertaking job evaluations to ensure fairness and perceived fairness in pay differences between jobs within the organization.
  • Preparing RFPs and shortlisting vendors and ensuring timely completion of appraisal cycles/revision cycles.

The role also involves driving wellbeing and benefits operations professionals to enable the development and implementation of Fiserv India Health and Mental Wellbeing policies and programs conceptualized in conjunction with local and global benefits teams.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 10-12 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits
  • Experienced graduate in any discipline or MBA Finance / HR
  • Prior experience in people leadership with expertise in benefits portfolio management, preferably from a technology, technology-enabled, eCommerce organization or broker industries.
  • Deep expertise in budgeting, vendor assessment, data requirement gathering, project management, and process design & governance
  • Strong network of peers in competitor organizations
  • Awareness of market landscape and practices specifically in health and mental wellbeing
  • Strong presentation skills and communication are desirable.
  • Able to handle large size data in Excel skill
  • Must be able to conduct self in a professional manner in dealing with highly sensitive information.
  • Time management and analytical skills
  • Utilize strong organizational skills to establish a plan, define objectives, set deliverables/timelines, and implement quality standards.
  • Past experience in matrix organization or corporate office will be preferred
