About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Partnership Development Manager - Consumer Finance to join our team in Mumbai. This is a full-time on-site position that will be responsible for collaborating with lending partners, managing consumer financing strategies, and ensuring a seamless lending process across various channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively identify and onboard financial institutions such as Banks and NBFCs as lending partners, including product pitch, commercial negotiations, policy finalization, and building the right journey.
  • Manage consumer financing strategies, ensuring a seamless lending process across various channels.
  • Collaborate with lending partners to drive business growth and enhance affordability.
  • Develop and execute consumer financing strategies to drive business success.
  • Ensure effective stakeholder management and communication with internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Strong background in consumer financing, lending partnerships, or financial services.
  • Experience in managing lending programs, financial products, and partnership negotiations.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing consumer financing strategies.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and strategically with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or related field.

Estimated Salary: ₹1,200,000 - ₹1,800,000 per annum based on experience and qualifications.
