Business Development Professional

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Professional to join our Young Leadership Program. This exciting opportunity is designed for individuals looking to develop their skills and progress in a dynamic commercial lines environment.
As a key member of our team, you will work closely with our leaders and managers to acquire essential knowledge and expertise in business development, account management, and claims handling. Your goal will be to become a future manager, specializing in commercial lines, including business development, account relationship management, and claims analysis.
The selected candidate will undergo a rigorous training program and live projects, providing rich exposure to all aspects of business, the organization, and its culture. At the end of the training and live projects, they will be placed in various roles across our commercial lines operations.
We are looking for candidates with 2-5 years of experience in a similar field. The ideal location for this role is Mumbai, Pune, Gurgaon, Hyderabad, Chennai, or Bangalore. The estimated salary range for this position is ₹8,00,000 - ₹15,00,000 per annum.
