Job Overview

We are building a premium end-to-end hiring platform for our clients, capturing the niche white-collar space. This new business vertical allows us to broaden our current offerings and client base. As a Business Development Professional, you will lead client onboarding for this premium offering.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, industry knowledge, current expertise, and existing contacts.
  • Engage with CXO-level stakeholders and establish/maintain relationships with them.
  • Forecast and plan monthly and quarterly sales targets and execute them within the given timeframe.
  • Proactively initiate contact with potential clients.
  • B Wilkinson and maintain good relationships with existing clients to facilitate repeat business.
  • Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs.
  • Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines.
  • Analyze the latest marketing trends, track competitors' activities, and provide valuable inputs for fine-tuning sales and marketing strategies; initiate market development efforts.
  • Be responsible for new client acquisition, revenue growth, as well as existing clients' retention and relationship.

The estimated salary for this role is ₹80,00,000 - ₹1,20,00,000 per annum, depending on experience and performance.
