Business Development Professional

This is an exciting opportunity for a Business Development Professional to join Property Automate as a Business Associate and Inside Sales Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for driving business growth through marketing research, lead generation, pre-sales activities, appointment scheduling, and account follow-ups.
Responsibilities:- Conduct market research to identify potential clients, industries, and regions for targeted pipeline development
- Gather insights on client needs, preferences, and challenges to refine engagement strategies
- Maintain accurate records of calls, customer feedback, and outcomes in the CRM system
- Schedule follow-up calls with interested customers and send follow-up emails or messages to build relationships
- Prior experience in inside sales, marketing, or business development
- Experience in B2B/SaaS environment
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM software
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills along with good interpersonal skills
- Persuasive speaking abilities and active listening
- Goal-oriented and ability to handle rejection
