Unit HR Head Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Unit HR Head to drive business growth through effective strategic human resources initiatives.

The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, both oral and written, and have proven team leadership abilities with the capacity to work effectively in a collaborative environment.

  • Drive implementation of HR strategies that support business objectives by partnering with Unit leadership.
  • Foster a positive workplace culture through employee engagement initiatives and continuous communication.
  • Implement Continuous Performance Management System, including Goal Setting, Performance Reviews, and feedback mechanisms.
  • Identify high-potential employees and develop them through Talent Development Centre.
  • Collaborate with Corporate HR team to enhance employee participation in Individual Development Plans at Units.
  • Drive recognition and reward programs for high-performing employees.
  • Lead Talent Acquisition for Unit, ensuring timely hiring of qualified candidates.
  • Develop strategies to attract and retain top talent.
  • Oversee Onboarding and integration processes for new hires.
  • Identify training needs within Unit and conduct training programs in collaboration with corporate L&D team.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree + MBA in Human Resources or related field.
  • Minimum 10+ years of experience in HR role.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment.
